Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Office Manager to lead our e-commerce strategy and enhance our market presence. The role involves managing the company's online presence, conducting market research, creating compelling digital content, analysing usage data, overseeing customer service, and efficiently managing projects and campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in achieving marketing objectives.


• Analyse digital marketing campaigns, website performance, social media platforms and other digital channels.
• Manage, create, and publish high quality & engaging content that is relevant to the brand.
• Oversee website development projects.
• Oversee the addition, updating and removal of products on the website.
• Optimize product pages for search engines (SEO) to enhance visibility.
• Verify that the artwork adheres to the established brand guidelines, including logo usage, colour schemes, and typography.
• Adhere to project timelines & deadlines, ensuring that proofing is completed in a timely manner to avoid delays in production.
• Planning & coordinating of attending trade shows within the industry.
• Work closely with Managing Director, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
• Assist in the recruitment process of new team members.
• Develop policies & procedures where necessary.
• Coordinate meetings and events.
• Monitor customer service operations to ensure quality & efficiency.

• A third level qualification in Marketing or similar discipline.
• 5 years + experience in a marketing role.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms & analytics.
• Experience working with HubSpot (Advantage)
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to manage time with the capacity to prioritise work across multiple projects.
